While we love animals, Trapper’s Rendezvous is not able to accommodate pets.

Children are amazing, and we ask that you keep a close eye on your little ones to keep them safe – we are in the forest with nature right at our doorstep. We have special rates for children and many of our rooms have multiple beds to suit families.

Check-in is from 4pm to 7pm. If you need to check-in outside of this window, please call or email us beforehand. We are unable to offer 24 hour check-in service – we’re just two people afterall. 928-635-1002 or [email protected]

Please check-out at the main house by 10:30am.

Once you have arrived and checked-in, if for any reason you request an early departure of dates already booked,  no unused nights will be refunded.

All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 administration fee per room. For single room reservations a ten (10) day cancellation period applies. Within the 10 day window, no cancellation will be due and no refunds can be returned. Group bookings of 3 or more rooms have a twenty-one (21) day cancellation period. Within the 21 day window no cancellation will be due and no refunds will be returned.

We are able to accommodate reservations up to 1 year out.

All rates are quoted on a double (2 Persons) occupancy rate only. Rates are subject to change without notice. Many of the rooms will accommodate extra persons and have maximum capacities as well. Charges for extra persons will apply as follows:

• Children 3 and under stay free provided no extra beds are required to be added to the room. The use of a pack and plat rented from Trapper’s is $20.
• Children age 4-17 are $10.
• Adults and children over age 17 are $15
• An extra roll-away bed is $25.
• All occupants and ages of children need to be disclosed at check-in for safety reasons and proper towel service.

A deposit equivalent to one (1) night’s stay plus tax will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining balance charged ten (10) days prior to arrival. For reservations made within ten (10) days of arrival, the full balance will be charged at time of booking. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. A valid credit card is required for making a reservation and at check-in.

All rooms, porches and common areas are non-smoking, both inside and outside. Please ask about our designated smoking area. We reserve the right to apply a $250.00 cleaning charge for any violation of our non-smoking policy in rooms and outside.
